Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Ironwood Amber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Fort Worth, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of claims and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
