Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Clearpath Yarrow Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Miami, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
