Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Redstone Iron Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Sacramento area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
