Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Highbridge Cross Civic Services Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
