Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Westbrook North Insurance is an insurance company in Wichita with claims and service teams, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of premium billing and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
