Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Civic Services works with county and city offices around Chicago, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
