Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Buffalo. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
