Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Silverline Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Toledo, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
