Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Oak Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of intake forms and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
