Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Northwind Bridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Colorado Springs serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
