Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Nova Timber Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Reno area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
