Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Foxglove Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Rochester, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of pricing and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
