Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Corner Early Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
