Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Cedar Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in San Jose with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
