Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Beacon Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
