Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Des Moines. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
