Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Clearpath North Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boston, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 694 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
