Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Nova Cross Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
