Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fern Transit Planning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of service alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
