Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Bright Pike Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Providence, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
