Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Kestrel Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
