Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Ironwood Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
