Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Amberfield Cross Foods is a Boston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
