Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Raleigh, NC)

Redstone Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Raleigh area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
