Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Northwind Orchard Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
