Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vale Markets and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of promotions and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
