Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Corner Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Pittsburgh, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
