Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova Loom Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
