Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Birch Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
