Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Omaha, NE)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Omaha with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
