Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Oakland, CA)

Redstone North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oakland. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
