Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Oakland, CA)

Ironwood Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Oakland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification.
