Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Oakland, CA)

Foxglove Studio makes precision components in Oakland, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 2 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Oakland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
