Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Oakland, CA)

Bright Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Oakland area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Oakland. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
