Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Loom Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its New Orleans plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
