Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (New Orleans, LA)

Lumen Timber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in New Orleans, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
