Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Cedar Maple Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Milwaukee and nearby communities, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
