Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Nova Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Milwaukee, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
