Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
