Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Bright Manufacturing Group is a Little Rock manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
