Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Little Rock. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
