Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Little Rock with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
