Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Nova Haven Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
