Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Jackson, MS)

Ironwood Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Jackson working with agencies and riders, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • A relevant degree or certification.
