Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of licensing records and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
