Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
