Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Yarrow Foods and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of ingredient orders and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
