Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Houston, TX)

Cedar Sparrow Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
