Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Basin Banking Services is a regional lender in Honolulu with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
