Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
